General Information
- Meeting Point: Ranoh Island Terminal, Galang Baru, 5 minutes after Bridge 6
- Gathering Time at the Harbor: 9:40 AM (WIB). Boat departs at 10:00 AM (WIB)
- Return Boat Departure from the Island:
- One day trip: 4:00 PM (WIB)
- 2 days 1 night: 10:00 AM the following day
- Transportation from Batam is NOT INCLUDED.
Booking and Payment
Booking and full payment must be completed at least 1 day before departure.
For overnight stays, it’s recommended to book as early as possible due to limited rooms.
Booking is confirmed after payment.
Payment can be made by cash or transfer to CV. BATAM SHUTTLE.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
One Day Trip, Bunkbed, and Tent No cancellation.
No refunds.
Rescheduling is allowed with prior request, up to 3 days before the departure date.
Villa – After Booking Confirmation
No cancellation.
No refunds.
No rescheduling allowed.
